This privacy policy sets out how Airwalk Consulting Limited (‘Airwalk’, ‘we’, ‘us’) uses and protects any information that you give to us when you register via this website. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. What we collect

When you contact us via our website we will collect the following data:

  • Your company name (if given)
  • Your email address and phone number (if given)

If you apply for a role listed on our careers section you are consenting to share with us your personal information (e.g. name, address, email contact number and career history, usually in the form of a CV) so that we can process your application.

If you have applied for a career opportunity with us directly, we will not share any of the information you provide during the recruitment process with any third parties outside of Airwalk without your permission and we do not collect more information than we need to fulfil this purpose, nor will we retain it for longer than necessary. Once the position has been filled, we will not retain your information unless you consent for us to keep it on file.

We are always looking to hire talented individuals into our business and on behalf of our clients. As such, we may collect your personal data (which may include sensitive personal data) and process your personal data for the purposes of providing you with information about relevant job opportunities, industry insight or the opportunity to attend our industry events. These could include for example, contacting you about job opportunities in our business or client businesses, assessing your suitability for those opportunities, updating our databases, introducing you to and therefore sharing your data with, our clients; arranging payments to you directly or via umbrella companies or PSC’s, and developing and managing our services and relationship with you and our clients.

You may give your personal details to us directly, such as on an application or registration form or via our website, or we may collect them from another source such as a job board, LinkedIn, referral or event registration. We must have a legal basis for processing your personal data and will do everything possible to ensure any third parties are GDPR compliant in how they acquired and handle your data.

Google Analytics: We will also install Google Analytics in the apps, devices, or mobile apps to collect your behaviours in using our services. We will also recommend some other services that may be suitable or appeal to you based on our analysis.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to be able to contact you back to discuss your enquiry, in particular:

  • To discuss the type of services you require
  • To understand how we may provide you with the services we offer

Where your information is stored and how it is kept secure

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, IT and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Transfers outside the EU

We may transfer any personal information on prospective or retained clients where there is a legitimate business reason to do so. Such transfers will be protected by appropriate safeguards and will not be carried out without your express permission.

How long will your information be held?

We understand that business needs fluctuate and that while you may not need our services following an initial enquiry, this may change in the very near future. For this reason, we will retain your information for a period of two years, after which it will be removed from our database. You may unsubscribe from any information mailing you receive from us at any time.
